About
Over 350 FREE primary flip charts used exclusively with approved LDS art from the Friend, New Era, Ensign and lds.org. Being an LDS chorister in various capacities has been a joy in my life. I was born with music in my head. This site is made to help LDS choristers with primary flip charts and arrangements.
My Story
I was called as an LDS Chorister in April 2008. I vigorously looked for flip charts and printed many of them. The issue for me was there were so many primary children in my ward, and they couldn’t see the words in the back row. So my journey for this website began. I started to make my own flip charts with LARGE PRINT and also with church approved images. I was the chorister for three years.
Despite being released, I had a secret goal. My CrAzY Big Goal was to have a flip chart for every song in the Children’s Song Book. Even though I know that a lot of songs may not be used, I had this desire to have my website complete. I worked on flip charts in my free time. Extra time didn’t come easy for me as I have six children and am an attorney. I taught gospel doctrine in the ward, and worked on my primary website with any extra time I could squeeze out of my life. Twenty minutes here, two hours there…I made flip charts while we were driving for the holidays, on my extra time on Sunday, and in the wee hours of the night. I also began to take requests to make flip charts for other people throughout the world requests on my website.
On January 4, 2016, I finished my long desired goal! Yes, it took me over seven years. Yes, I was released as chorister for over four years. But I did it! I finished a flip chart for every single song in the song book. I was so happy to accomplish this goal. I celebrate it! But know, I didn’t finish all of the flip charts for me, I was released years ago. I finished all of the flip charts for you!
I have been contacted from people around the world regarding my website. Choristers in China, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, South Africa and all over North America. When I updated my website in November 2016, I was interested to see how many visitors that I had. I was expecting that I would have about 5 or 10 visitors a month. I was shocked when I saw over 300 visitors from nine different countries in just two days and over 1,000 visitors in the week. This was unbelievable! I really had no idea that people were using it so often. I was willing to make my flip charts for just simply the five choristers. Actually, I was willing to do all of the flip charts just for you!
I love this idea of LDS Choristers without borders. I had a request from a sister in Puerto Rico for Scripture Power in Spanish. She told me that she is in the primary presidency and has to do three callings because there are not enough members there. I was very humbled by the privilege of helping her. I contacted a chorister who had translated things into Spanish for other songs, and she helped with the words and I did the pictures. Together we worked, and then quickly sent it over to the chorister in Puerto Rico. It was a small miracle to be sure. Every person just doing their small part. So a chorister in Utah and Mexico could help a chorister in Puerto Rico. The Lord loves us all. Sometimes we are the receiver of that love and sometimes it is our role to give His love to others. I love being part of this World Wide Church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love the many people who have translated the songs into other languages for other choristers throughout the world.
I also love the time I have been able to sneak away with my amazing Mother as we have written music together and arrangements. We have so much fun together; speaking music and harmony to one another. I got contacted by a chorister that said she was singing our arrangement for her sacrament meeting. This thrilled me from head to toe. I have shed tears of gratitude many times, as I have had sweet words from choristers using my site.
My personal vision statement is to help people throughout the world to strengthen their relationships. I hope that this website has provided you some extra time to spend with your families, because your flip charts are done. I know that primary music that is imprinted in the hearts of our children makes a difference in their lives. I love the Lord and I love this gospel, and I especially love primary children throughout the world. So if you have downloaded a flip chart from this website, please send my love to your primary children.
I enjoy hearing the stories of the choristers that use my site. I like to hear where you are from and success from your calling. Please take a moment to send me an email or to post a comment below. May the Lord bless you all, as you bless the children and life blood of the church and world.
With Love and Admiration to All the Choristers Throughout the World,
Tamara Fackrell

Thank you for this wonderful gift you have provided us. I’ve served in 3 different wards as the Primary Chorister and loved watching the children pick their most loved songs that touched their hearts. When I was a child, I learned my favorite Primary songs while my mother served for years as the Primary Chorister.
Currently I’m living in Switzerland and I would love to help translate the German songs into word strips so they can benefit those choristers serving in German speaking Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
I just Printed out a word document with the 2024 songs translation for the first 2 verses of Book of Mormon stories if you would be interested in having it. I am the pianist currently and will give these word strips to our young 18 year old chorister to help her out.
I would love to know what font you used for the word strips.
We all appreciate your hard work and assistance.

I am a newly called Primary Chorister and have been struggling to find words and pictures for the songs. A member of our Primary Presidency shared your site with me today and I am so glad to see all the flipcharts you have selflessly prepared. Thank you for all your hard work and this site!

Thank you Tamara for your generous heart:)
What do you use to hold your flipcharts?….do you flip through the pages by hand….or a special vertical binder with the printed pages in clear pockets?…or something else?

Hello,
I am presently serving as a Sr. Missionary on the Hopi Reservation in Polacca, Arizona. Supplies are extremely limited here. There is no chorister for Primary. I was asked to teach the music. Yikes I have no music background but I have a willing spirit. I found your site and its been awesome for me to be able to print the song pages so the children can read the words. The pictures along with the printed words inspire the children to sing. I brought a B&W printer so I download the songs and put them in plastic sleeves. Because of your site I am able to share music in a fun way with my little band of children. With your generous site and the Children’s Songbook, music is alive and well in Primary on the Hopi Reservation.

Thank you! I am Primary President currently, many times chorister over the past years and currently sometimes substitute chorister. Now I no longer have to avoid songs because of my limited “arsenal” of what I have tucked away. I am looking forward to EASILY singing WHATEVER WE WANT from the Songbook, Hymn book and Friend! I am so grateful for your work. It is a blessing to know that the music of the gospel is so accessible!

I am so glad to help you! Sing everything now! It’s very fun.

I am sorry you are having an issue with Google Drive. I also am so grateful for the amount of time you have spent creating these flip charts. My primary children love them! Do you know when you will put the 2022 songs in the 2021,2020,2019,2018 folder? I would like to get printing done so I can start the year organized with a plan of attack! Happy Holidays!

The 2022 Songs are now all up! Find them in the 2022 Primary Songs Tab
November 16, 2021 at 11:27 pm
I have used many of your beautiful flipcharts in the past, now when I try to print some of them it’s saying “request access” or “access denied”. Please advise me as to how I would be able to print. Thank you so much.

Hello Dayna,
Unfortunately a google change has made it so I have to reprogram every link. The good news is that I now completed all of the alphabetical section. So try there! I’ll keep working until I get all the links done, but this will be a Herculean effort on my part. Have a great New Year.

Hello, I have loved using your flipcharts and am so grateful for your time and sacrifice to provide them. I am currently on my second “term :0)” as chorister and have printed off may flip charts over the past few months from here. However, I can’t access them anymore? Are the not available anymore?
October 20, 2021 at 10:42 pm
Yes, I am aware of the problem. Google drive has changed. I am decided how to proceed. For now, if you want a song for the 2021 song year, I have downloaded all of those songs on the 2021 song tab. Happy singing!
November 28, 2021 at 3:08 pm
Hello! I would love to access your flipcharts as well. I’m trying to find the 2021 song tab you mentioned, but I don’t see it across the top on the home page. Could you guide me? Thank you so much for your generous service!
January 7, 2022 at 10:54 pm
Try here http://ldschoristers.com/2016/11/18/2017-songs/ and also the Alphabetical section is now all fixed too.

Hello,
I want to thank you for sharing your work with us! They have been incredibly useful in primary.
Quick question, have you changed your settings lately? I was trying to download a hymn for primary and it keeps asking me to request access.

Hi! I was asked to substitute as a chorister last night. I was able to download your flipcharts and use them with my iPad. It was so helpful. Thank you!

I’m so glad they worked for you! Thank you for taking the time to comment on the site.

I hope it is okay that I used your flip chart for Stand for the Right in a short singing time video that I made for our Primary children. It has been hard being away from them for so long. It is nice that we can do something remote. Thank you for your beautiful flip charts. They are a life saver.
June 14, 2020 at 3:01 pm
Thank you so very much for the help you are giving me as a new Primary Chorister. What a joy, to be able to teach the gospel through the Primary songs. Thank you again for making flip charts and other help available to people like me.

Love your without borders project. My musical son has just left for a mission n South Korea and we were collecting/ creating some personal music resources before he left – it is wonderful seeing what you are doing. And doing it for the lover and joy of primary. Thankyou
January 20, 2020 at 5:10 pm
How awesome that your son is going to South Korea. My son just got home from Argentina. I am so happy your son could use some of these charts to help teach the gospel! Yay!
January 13, 2020 at 4:44 am
Wow…just WOW! You are my HERO! Thank you for all your time and dedication to teaching primary music to the children of the world! Thank you for all the time, blood, sweat, and tears you have just saved me. I am so grateful I have found your website!
January 20, 2020 at 5:07 pm
Susan-
Thank you so much for your kind words. I love children and this is the evidence that I have spent time helping children all over the world. I hope these charts help your primary calling to be easier.
November 30, 2019 at 11:24 pm
Thank you for this gift of love. I thought that surely a whole team of people worked on this, and I was amazed to read your story that it was just YOU. Your time is surely appreciated. I come here often and refer people to your site, too. I REALLY appreciate that all of the pictures are from an “official” source. I love having the choice to download in Word or in PDF. It’s a great site, so thank you!
December 8, 2019 at 6:50 pm
Thank you for your kind words. I am so glad it can help you and others. I love children and I love music so this is a great way to serve.
October 11, 2019 at 3:16 pm
Thank you so much, your work is wonderful, so appreciated. I’m a substitute chorister, I love your flip charts. I have been making my own this summer , it is wonderful to find the these charts when I have short notice. Thank you for sharing your talent.
October 20, 2019 at 10:19 pm
Thanks for your kind words. I can see how the site can really help a substitute chorister. We both love children and we both love music. This is my way of showing my gratitude for those things. Thanks for sharing your talents and teaching the children song.
July 5, 2019 at 7:24 pm
Thank you Tamara!
You will be my inspiration as I take on the Primary as Chorister.
July 10, 2019 at 4:48 am
It is such a wonderful calling! Enjoy every minute of it!
December 15, 2018 at 7:52 pm
Your contributions have been a blessing to our Primary! Thank you for all of your hard work. I appreciate that you keep up with the new songs that have come out. I have a question about the song, “I Wonder When He Comes Again”. It seems like there is a picture missing for the words, “Will song birds leave their nests?” Also, there is a typo in that same verse. The words are “together round His knee” and the flip chart says “to gather round his knee”. Out of all the songs we’ve downloaded, this is the first error I’ve found! Thanks again!
December 23, 2018 at 5:32 pm
Thanks so much for your help! Please let me know if you ever see a typo. One day I want to get every chart perfect and with many eyes on them we can do it!
October 21, 2018 at 3:10 am
This is amazing! You are so generous to allow us all to benefit from all your work. Thank you so much for sharing. How can I contribute?
October 21, 2018 at 10:31 pm
The best ways for others to contribute are through helping with our choristers without borders initiative. You don’t have to speak the foreign language to help with the songs, because the church website has all of the words already typed out for us. Especially when the new outline comes out for 2019, I will need help with all of the languages we already have in getting those flip charts done for those primary choristers. So that is the most helpful for me! Thanks for asking. You can always email me at ldschoristers@gmail.com and tell me what help you would like to give on that program. There are also directions on this website for that program.
October 18, 2018 at 12:01 am
Tamara – I am interested in one of the pictures you used for the “Choose Him Again” flipchart. It’s the one with the picture of the Savior and the little boy standing in front of it – walking just like him. Is that one of your creations or can you direct me to where you found it? Thank you
October 21, 2018 at 10:35 pm
That picture was in the Children’s Friend.
August 4, 2018 at 6:26 pm
I can’t sing. I can’t keep a beat. And I can’t hear the tone of the songs. But I am the primary chorister. This website is my saving grace. I am learning to help the children by focusing on the doctrine of the songs, even if I don’t have musical skills.
Because of that I don’t always use the songs everyone already knows. I look for different songs. I am so grateful to you for making this website. Makes my life so much easier. It’s my go to spot. I don’t even have to spend hours looking for what I want. It is all here.
July 22, 2018 at 9:32 pm
Do you know where I can get sheet music to “one by one” by David bednar? I saw a utube video with children signing it. It was beautiful! Any ideas where I can get it from?
Thank you!
Brook Strebe
July 28, 2018 at 3:31 pm
Brook,
You are in luck! It’s right here on the site under alphabetical section “O”
July 2, 2018 at 1:26 pm
DId you have a list of the songs used during the past years for The Childrens Sacrement program. If so I can’t find it!
July 28, 2018 at 3:33 pm
Kristy,
It is easiest to look it up on your computer instead of the phone. Got to ldschoristers.com. Then go to the tab that has “2014, 2015 & 2016 Primary Song Flip Charts”
Good luck!
March 10, 2018 at 4:42 pm
Oh my goodness, I have been music leader for so long, and spent so many hours making flip charts. The pre-made charts I find are never quite what I feel my primary children need, and your seem to be just what I have been looking for. I don’t know how I never came across your site before now, and I am SO glad I did! Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your hard work!
January 11, 2018 at 5:17 pm
Hello! I noticed you have a flip chart for The Savior’s Gift to Me on your website. I wanted to let you know that the sheet music for this song is finally available on my website here: http://www.anniebailey.com/digital-sheet-music.html
What a great resource you have created here! So wonderful!
January 12, 2018 at 4:16 pm
Annie,
Thanks so much for your beautiful music! I have your flip chart updated now with where they can purchase the sheet music. Much love!
March 15, 2018 at 11:52 pm
Thank you!
January 7, 2018 at 5:36 pm
I am wondering how everyone is printing the flowcharts? Size? Laminated? Glued onto poster board? How are you making them a “flipchart”? Rings? Spiral? I appreciate any help you can provide! Xoxo
January 8, 2018 at 3:47 pm
Most choristers print them on normal 81/2 by 11 paper and laminate them or put them in page protectors. I used folders to store mine in. I have also seen choristers do giant posters. The rings and spiral is another option. I always felt the folder page protector was the easiest. I put the numbers of the pages on the back in case they get out of order. I hope this helps.

I’m very overwhelmed by your kindness and help. Truly an answer to my prayers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 😢 (pray for me 🙂)
January 3, 2018 at 3:21 am
I’m so happy to help and I will say a special prayer for you! You can do it!
Much Love,
Tamara
September 25, 2017 at 12:32 am
I cannot express to you my gratitude for having found this website today. This is an answer to my prayer. I cannot wait to print out and use these awesome flip charts to help the children in our primary learn the songs!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
July 9, 2017 at 3:20 pm
These are beautiful charts! Thank you for sharing them! Blessings!!!
May 30, 2017 at 7:09 pm
My goodness, I can not begin to express my gratitude for having such a resource as your website. I am in a small branch, or as my husband says a “twig”. These flip charts are helping so much to bless our primary children. Thank you so much. (I’m also pleased that this is “advertisement free”.)
June 10, 2017 at 5:45 pm
Oh I love it! The Twig! This is my service I give to primary children. I love them so very much. I hope your primary children benefit from them.
December 28, 2016 at 7:10 pm
Dear Sister,
Thank you for all your beautiful work!! I have a question about how to access the alphabetical list of songs. On my screen I can see letters A to M or N but it won’t let me scroll any further to the end of the alphabet. Any advice?
Thank you, Carolyn Vielma
December 31, 2016 at 8:09 am
Perhaps access it on a different computer. I just checked and it is working. You could also access the songs by number in another part of it. If that doesn’t work just email me and I can send you the songs. ldschoristers@gmail.com
November 23, 2016 at 4:15 pm
Just love this site and all the happiness it brings to my home and to the primary children singing these beautiful songs. The illustrations really help to put a mental image in their heads and if just once they can think of the song and the words to one of these songs and make a better choice imagine how that could change their lives for the better. Your huge effort and countless hours getting these made and sharing them for free with the world can never be repaid but hopefully you knowing the difference you are making will give you joy beyond measure. Thank you, dear sister, for your huge contribution to LDS music!
November 19, 2016 at 9:59 pm
Thank you so much! This is such a wonderful service you have provided. I was wondering about a flip chart for “I’d sing you a song” by Shawna Edwards? Thank you again!
November 20, 2016 at 1:31 am
Yes I will get that song done in the next 7 days. Happy singing!
November 10, 2016 at 7:35 pm
Thank you so much for sharing these!! Is it possible to get flip charts for “As I Have Loved You” in Spanish??? Thanks so much!
August 14, 2016 at 2:01 pm
Thank you so much for your service in this way. My 88 year old father had lived with me and was really sick. He had dementia, plus I have worked full home for the las 6 months. If it hadn’t been for you site I don’t think I could have made it. My father passed on the 23rd and I just wanted to let you know how this site helped me survive. Thank you so much.
January 4, 2016 at 8:29 pm
You, dear sister, are an angel! Thank you for sharing your time and talents!
January 3, 2016 at 6:31 am
Where do you get the pictures of the modern day children? I would love to use them for my class!
January 6, 2016 at 5:20 am
The pictures are mainly taken from the children’s friend. Some come from lds.org and others from the Ensign or New Era.
December 5, 2015 at 9:03 pm
Now that I’m not a the Chorister anymore, I still use this site as a resource for my primary class.
December 20, 2015 at 12:50 am
Thank you so much for this wonderful resource!!! I really appreciate it. This is my first time serving as Primary Chorister.
Best wishes,
Lacy Susman

I made this site for Choristers just like you! I hope this will help to ease your burden. It is a wonderful calling. I know you will be blessed by it.
December 5, 2015 at 5:11 pm
I am brand new to being the Primary Chorister. I have served in Primary as a teacher for many years and just spent a few months in the presidency but teaching music is a whole new adventure for me and while I’m excited and love working in Primary, this is intimidating. Then I found this website. I think I almost heard angels singing. What an amazing resource you have created and thank you so much for doing so! I feel like I have just found a huge toolbox with all the best tools inside!
November 13, 2015 at 7:59 pm
I was just called as the primary chorister. I am terrified because I have always been the pianist. Your website is heaven sent!! So lucky to find it!!
October 26, 2015 at 5:23 pm
THANK YOU SO MUCH! This is a fantastic resource for busy LDS choristers. LOVE your work.
May 29, 2015 at 5:38 am
Just thought I would let you know I am using your flip charts in Kamloops, BC, Canada! Thank you so much! This is my first time as a Primary Chorister and it will save me a huge amount of time not having to make my own 🙂 Your gift is greatly appreciated!
December 29, 2014 at 7:07 am
Have you have a flip chart available for Feliz Cupeanos on pg 282? Thanks. Love your other charts.
March 8, 2015 at 11:50 pm
